What is PM2?
PM2 is a gated residential community within the wider Casares del Sol area on the Costa del Sol in Andalucía, Spain.
PM2 comprises 302 privately owned apartments across Blocks 3 to 20, making it the largest of the six administrative units (PMs) that form Casares del Sol.
Because of its size, PM2 is informally divided into three areas—PM2A, PM2B and PM2C—each centred around one of the three pool and garden areas:
- PM2A — Blocks 3 to 8
- PM2B — Blocks 9 to 13
- PM2C — Blocks 14 to 20
All PM2 residents may use the pool in there area and the pm2C pool which is open all year. Opening times and notices regarding the pools are posted by the pools.

Community Life and Management
PM2 holds an Annual General Meeting (AGM) each June for owners. At the AGM, a committee of owners is elected to oversee community matters, led by a president and supported by committee members and, where possible, volunteer helpers.
Owners who cannot attend in person may authorise another owner to vote on their behalf, in line with community
procedures.
Day-to-day operations are managed by our appointed administrators, Comunimas, who coordinate services, support resident queries and help ensure the community runs smoothly.
